FOUNDRY

Aluminium foundry – Precision and reliability

At the Sirok plant of METALCONSTRUCT Zrt., we specialise in the production of high-pressure aluminium die castings. With modern technology, experienced specialists and flexible production solutions, we serve our domestic and international partners.

In our foundry, die casting machines with 300–700 tonnes of clamping force produce aluminium parts of various sizes and geometric complexity, in line with customers' technical requirements.

Beyond casting, our services also cover the related CNC machining, surface treatment and other finishing operations. As a result, we provide our partners not only with raw castings but with fully machined parts that are ready for further use.

Reliable quality, efficient production, continuous improvement and long-term partnerships are at the heart of our operations.

HIGH-PRESSURE DIE CASTING

Why choose high-pressure aluminium die casting?

High-pressure aluminium die casting is a modern and highly efficient manufacturing technology, particularly well suited to the series production of metal parts with complex geometry and high dimensional accuracy.

The main advantages of the technology:

  1. 01

    Excellent dimensional accuracy

Production of precise, reproducible parts with consistent manufacturing quality.

  2. 02

    Complex geometry

The ability to produce parts with intricate shapes, thin walls and fine detail.

  3. 03

    High productivity

Short cycle times that enable efficient medium and large series production.

  4. 04

    Competitive unit cost

With a suitable series size, high productivity ensures economical production.

  5. 05

    Favourable strength-to-weight ratio

Aluminium allows lightweight parts with adequate mechanical properties.

  6. 06

    Reduced machining requirements

Precise casting technology can reduce the number of subsequent machining operations needed.

  7. 07

    Recyclability

Aluminium can be remelted, which promotes efficient use of materials and the circular economy.

High-pressure aluminium die casting is an ideal solution for companies that want to produce parts of complex design and reliable quality economically, in series.
